At Valley View Products, we understand that sometimes we make mistakes. We value providing our customers with the best possible experience. That is why when these mistakes occur, we at Valley View will ensure that the necessary steps are taken to provide Quality service and all necessary safeguards for our NDIS participants.

If the Participant wishes to do this anonymously, this can be done via posting our Complaints/ feedback form by mailing to PO Box 4240 Londonderry NSW 2753

If the Participant is not satisfied with the outcome or wishes to take further action, the Participant can contact the NDIS Commission by calling 1800 035 544 or online at www.ndiscommission.gov.au for further information.
